![]() ![]() Not because it takes time, but because of the uncertainty of acquisition. Especially when learning and exploring it exhausts it. If the system and mechanic is good and fun,the means of accessing it are a obstacle and frustration. I DO think this improved the game, but I have complaints about it. I can even enjoy sessions between progression runs now. These are complaints about it, and not a hate of the system. The method of acquisition and limitations on them make that hard.Įdit: I am definitely appreciating it for many things, like making almost no runs feel like a waste. But I want to play with, learn, and tinker. I don't mind hoarding them, or grinding them. I want a way to fixate ones I want to tinker with. Me and my group are just going to try to never use them, wonder if other people are doing the same? From previous discussions it seems most people didn’t want progression coming in but no one seems to care right now so I’m intrigued if that mind set changed. I just hate them, but I want to see what other people think. Also the UI for selecting them on the lobby screen makes the lobby screen look way worse. Gathering up for the boosters is annoying, it makes an obnoxious sound when you collect them, you get random ones and have limited uses meaning that you can’t really make a “build” other than through luck of getting them. I never wanted any progression in the game but this honestly feels like one of the worst ways to implement it. I definitely agree that they could execute this better but I don’t mind the respawns ![]() So I’ve seen lots of complaints on the respawn side of things which honestly I don’t mind, only played a and b levels so far but it seems to be not every other room having the sacks, and stopping players doing massive kite trains to get enemies stuck is nice for sure. ![]()
